If you have the place for it, or ideas, e-me at jprestonian at gmail. My condos have a clubhouse, but we'd have to get a refundable deposit together, and no use of the pool. :( I'll volunteer for prep and clean-up, and some incidentals (mixers, ice, cups, etc.).
