There's scores of them in Charlotte Park, owing to the glass plant not far from here (which used to be owned by Ford; now owned by Zeldyne, IIRC). The whole neighborhood used to house most of the employees of the plant. Comfortable, modest one-story brick ranches as far as the eye can see.
Unlike La Vergne, which has a Spinal Tap family neighborhood. :)
